5. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our minimum order quantity depends on the type of bag and level of customization. Generally, MOQs start from 100 pieces. For larger or corporate orders, we can offer flexible terms.

Production timelines vary based on order size and customization requirements. On average, standard orders take 5–10 working days, while customized bulk orders may take up to 2–3 weeks.
7. Do you deliver across Kenya?
Yes, we deliver nationwide, including major towns such as Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret. We also arrange delivery or courier shipping for bulk orders.
8. Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We provide sample products upon request so you can assess the material, size, and print quality before confirming your order.
